In Cedyetica, there was panic. On every electronic billboard, on every tac pad, on every phone, there was a repeating voice, whispering "You have all been marked, get out of the city, or face destruction, All hail the Brotherhood of the Shadow." The Cyber-Police have tracked the source of the signal, an abandoned warehouse, and they call for a Cyberpunk to stop this "Brotherhood of the Shadow".
