Fusion rifles were BROKEN in the early days. Easiest kills ever. They could make anyone good. Blue ones, green ones, didn't matter. Their power and effective range made them really unbalanced. The Pocket Infinity used to be a terror. The concept of them is still really cool. I don't think they should OHKO with a body shot. Make the spread more narrow and have them reward precision hits. You could spray someones toe with one and vaporize them. Maybe make the fastest charge rate class a little slower too.
