The Crota one: I like it The Skolas one: that would require the other members to also have it, so I think that perk should be changed to "reduced damage from any fallen captain's melee and bonus damage to fallen majors."

I feel like the VoG one should be tweaked a bit. How about "reduced damage from Hobgoblin Line Rifles and bonus damage to Vex majors. Aegis Shield cool down time reduced?"

Maybe like when enemies are hit by the ground pound they are stunned and can't moved

So then drop the shield cool down for that? Or drop the other option?
