Yellow bar enemies don't count as kills - only red bar ones do. This is particularly annoying for ogres and hydra that mostly come up in yellow bar form and rarely come in red form. My thought is that if I've killed an ogre then I've killed an ogre, whether it's red or yellow bar shouldn't matter.
