Do you eat first and then brush your teeth?
Do you brush your teeth first and then eat, or eat first and then brush your teeth? Personally I brush first and then eat. I then use mouthwash after to get the bad breath out.

1 ReplyDon't brush. Mix tiny amount of bleach with mouthwash and those teeth clean themselves!
