Since destiny is a 10 year plan.. what other bosses / gods will they bring out?
So after only one year of the release of destiny they've announced a lot of bosses, including even two Gods.. Just wondering what else you guys think they'll bring out?

We've killed two of the hive gods (or will have), a Fallen general and a key vex construct, thwarting an attempt to take over the solar system. From what I understand the planned release structure for destiny is a new game every two years, with each game getting four DLCs like TDB and HoW, and one expansion like TTK. The next two DLCs are already confirmed to be vex and cabal, and I expect them to do the same for each game. As TTK mostly focuses on the hive, I expect the final 3 expansions will focus on each of the other races in turn. Similarly the base game of destiny 1 gives about a quarter of its time to each race but with more emphasis on the Vex, I expect they'll do the same with destiny 2-4 (roughly a quarter of each game given to each race but with more emphasis on cabal, hive and fallen in turn). So, by the time the final DLC comes out in ~9 years each race will have 1 base game, one expansion and 4 DLCs dedicated to it. That means, by race, we still have: Fallen- 1 game, 1 expansion, 3 DLCs Hive- 1 game, 3 DLCs Vex- 1 expansion, 4 DLCs Cabal- 1 game, 1 expansion, 4 DLCs Still to come That means 5 Fallen raids, 4 Hive raids, 5 Vex raids and 6 Cabal raids. I'm guessing around 15 strikes per race. Somewhere in there we're going to fall out with The Circle Of Nine too. Come 2025, this games going to be epic.

We have the cabal emperor, the vex creator/prime construct, god knows how many kells, from what ive heard a plethora of hive gods, and eyll probably show us more stuff later.

2 RepliesI hope that they have a raid that is a 6 man raid that the main boss is 6 "dark" guardians that utilize all the same skills from subclasses that we do. Like a super amped up PvP fight, except throw in some gnarly boss mechanics in there.

The "bad guys" have a wizard that is female...should be a witch and when you come to the bosses od the hive and vex (most of them) they are praying to thier God. I'm agnostic and I do find this odd. So who is the bad guy in this game? The traveler or the guardians? To your question I hope they have many, many enimies...... if this game is going with religion they should go back to ancient greece, Egypt, rome, and celtes. But whatever. I see what I see and I am blind to the world of sight.

10 RepliesEdited by kruger177: 9/2/2015 3:53:03 PMHive: the rest of the hive gods (Ur, yol, xul, and eir) Fallen: hopefully we can see a leader above a kell that wants to take/destroy the traveler Cabal: I imagine going to a cabal war base where they are about to shoot off a giant space nuke into earth and maybe a much larger version of valus..riding a land tank (a phase fight where he goes into the tank and back on top depending on health with different attacks for each) Vex: going back in time to the wars of old where the vex are trying to reverse history and we can learn more about the backstory of destiny and time travel Guardians: eventually there has to be a rogue super guardian that has transcended and learn to use all supers or something and we have to bring him to justice for killing his own kind to achieve this power Traveler: has to be evil right? This would have to be the last of year 10 (hope this one happens I want to blow up that floating eyeball)

The thing is though, they can only go through so much lore. The final boss may even be the darkness itself or the traveler, time will only tell.

Actually, I believe someone said (maybe Luke Smith) that it was just the contract with Activision that lasts for 10 years, not the game itself. They can continue to put out Destiny games/DLC's after that contact is up if Bungie chooses to do so. I'm pretty sure that's what I heard about this.

At the end of the final raid rahool will posses the body of oryx and then use the potara earing to fuse woth the traveler which will turn him into luke smith who will then create a giant mega oryx times 10 who had fused with donkey Kong and consumed the souls of Cozmo and DeeJ.
