Grimore implies variks and the prince are working on something fishy. Maybe there using the prison of elders to recruit people to regroup the house of judgement. Maybe thats why 1 they invited guardians to exterminate the aliens who refuse to join and 2 the tried to "turn" the house of wolves. They could have just killed them. We have seen there arsenal. (Prison of elders loot). Why do they need protection? Maybe it will be a new house with all kinds of aliens. Why are all the other species in the prison of elders. Did they attack the reef and if so why didn't the awoken just kill them? Maybe they kidnapped them to recruit them. Like why did they capture skolas instead of killing him? I don't know.
