((...wait, what if you had a Mini Mad Hat Cafe in our Building....like on the ground floor. Like how certain giant corporations have like a Starbucks in their building, and you could be the information broker at the same time. (( Mad Hat isn't a franchise, think of as a family restaurant, but it's just Revy and Schroo(her cat). Every now and then she does deal outside on a stand, like a hot dog stand, but it's automated and full of coffee and pastries))
