Ogre - Shrine of Oryx on lowest level...kill him, jump off the edge, repeat. MIDA and maxed agility helps with this. I snapped TV and watched a preseason game while I was farming them. Hydra - Black garden, again MIDA and agility help, run up, kill the hydra, die in the hydra death blast, rinse and repeat. Been doing this one for a while.
