[spoiler]This character isnt. My
main character's trapped in an alternate dimension rn, and he would run around at night playing vigilante, but someone stole his suit- this guy, and he's specifically hunting down Psions cause he thinks they're a danger to the city.[/spoiler]

If you mean the guy trapped- yeah that's Kai. As for the imposter/guy hunting Psion's in Kai's costume- Unknown.
