I am the robot beside Master Ives in the Reef. I finally got my machine working after standing in front of it for the longest time. My machine allows me to take weapons, items, or armor and trade them with other players' weapons, items and armor for the same rarity. My machine doesn't retain the kind of power I need it to have so it takes alot of glimmer to charge it and once it's used, it takes a week to cool down.
