My biggest problem is that people that are new won't have to go through any of TDB or HOW to get to the new content (starts at lv 25) and they can just skip up to a lever 34+ really quick compared to how long it used to take.

Yeah, the experience new players get will be quicker, but it will also be less by comparison as well. I don't agree with this whole Booster nonsense, either. THAT really just hits home the notion that Year 1 is being swept under the rug.
