The difference comment is about our clan members putting their differences aside - we may all identify as female, but that doesn't make us all the same person. I'm not sure why it's so hard for folks to differentiate between a comment about how we work together internally and our membership requirements. Maybe they're looking for a reason to be offended? Do you have any insights into that?
