Think it's blue. Something else with facial hair like no shave Nov or something like that I'm not 100% on that though. Guardian beards for November ladies have to wear them too lol.
Testicular cancer month is April the ribbon is Royal Blue

Just looked it up wasn't sure what No Shave Nov was either just knew it was cancer related
