Light Extractor: Instead of acquiring exotic shards upon dismantling, you can take it to this guy and dismantle it for motes of light depending on its light level (which are more useful in TTK, remember). Higher light value/damage means more motes. This way you can spend legendary marks/exotic shards on exotic blueprints, then dismantle the exotic for motes. It's an alternative item upgrade factory, really.
