They arrived from their faraway solar system, and exited phase space around Sol. The hundreds of ships were like a swarm of flies, large enough to appear as spots over the sun. Ships from both the Original TEC and the Advent slowly made their way towards mars, jumping from gravity well to gravity well, starting first with Mercury, as Massive, defense-packed Space stations were constructed around the sun and Mercury.[/i]

[b]a large hostile fleet comprised of Dreadnoughts and Ragnarock class destroyers larger then any ship in your fleet surround mars [/b]

[b]The frontal fleet moves aside, letting the full fleet move through. All you had previously seen was nothing but the cherry on top of the sundae. The Four, Massive Titan ships dwarf out the Enemy Dreadnoughts with their sheer size. Swarms of Cruisers, frigates, support ships, carriers, Dreadnoughts, Superdreadnoughts, capital ships and other almost completely block out the sun as the reinforcements for the fleet arrive wave after wave after unending wave of ships pour forth to the Star, and head for Mercury. The fleet mobilizes in Venus' Gravity well.[/b]

[b]their main guns flare to life and fire large bolts of energy annihilating your ships[/b]

[b]The fleet is out of Range, not in Mars' Gravity well.[/b]

[b]they wait for the fleet to be in range from the looks of it you are outnumbered, outclassed, and out gunned[/b]

[b]You take a second look, and see that your ships are sorely and sadly outgunned, outclassed and extremely, sorely outnumbered. They give you one last chance to surrender.[/b]

A single ship moves forward from the fleet, and heads for the middle ground. A diplomatic ship. It hails the comms of the Capital ship of the Matriarchy fleet, using it's communications systems as a bridge for the NTEC Capital ship.[/b] [i]"This is Lord Admiral Triss of the Ardent Star. She is thoroughly scanned and her vitals are checked, making sure to search her for any concealed weaponry or devices. When they have triple checked and made sure she was clean to go, a squad of them escorted her to the Bridge.[/b]

[b]the screen of the Bridge shows the Matriarchy fleet being scanned by dozens of various scanners. The Admiral turns around.[/b] "You are now aboard the Ardent Star. Flagship of the Advent Protectorate. And you will be staying here until our questions are answered. As soon as that is done, you and your forces will be free to return to your home soil, I promise that on my Rank." [b]Gravity well generators and Phase Jump inhibitors are activated all around the Martian gravity well. The Matriarchy fleet is completely unable to leave. The fields will be lifted as soon as the questioning proves successful.[/b]
