Some Hunter boots for my slutty lvl 2 Hunter. She will drop that insta-level to be 25 when TTK drops then jump to 32ish with the other armor I have saved up. lvl 2 to 40 in less than a week for the 3rd toon.

Get to 20 by then and wear whatever armor you can to get higher, or be prepared to pop that consumable to 25 and grind up the rest of the way "the old fashioned way".

Once taken king drops armor won't level you up meaning you'll have to grind from 25 to 40 the old fashioned way.
