[b]The hovercopter tracks the last runaway.[/b] "Stand down or you will be fired upon", they say. [b]The Psion continues running, an he drops in an alleyway losing them.[/b] [b]The hover copter turns to notice the second Psion hanging by his legs from a nearby lamp post, beaten brutally with blood dripping. He's alive but beaten to near death.[/b] "....what the hell" the hovercopter announcer says as he forgot he was on comms. [b]A Psycho Unit is deployed and they recover the hanging Psion.[/b]

[b]Kyle jumps down into the alley with the remaining Psion.[/b] "H-HEY! WAIT A SECOND! STOP!!!"

"Let me go, and I'll-" he says before the cloaked figure leaps from the roof landing on him, cracking and fracturing his rib cage. [b]The Psion's grip frees you. And you see the hooded figure.[/b] [b]He's outfitted in a strange outfit. He has a unique material like hood, and he's wearing some form of heavily padded armor, and he wears a ventilator mask that resembles a wolf's mask. He extends his ballistic staff and breaks one of the Psion's knee caps.[/b] "HIS NAME.....NOW!" Apex demanded. As he swung the staff at the Psion's face making him spit out blood as well as making him bleed.

[b][i][u]"GRRRRAAAAAAAGH!!!!"[/u][/i][/b] [b]Kyle launches himself at the figure, sending him flying across the pavement with his fists.[/b]

[b]He collapses ballistic staff and fires a grapple line at the walls launching him self near you. He does a low swing strike to your ankle knocking you up in the air with a follow up sidekick that launches you back.[/b] [b]The Psion begins to crawl away and Apex walks over to him.[/b] "...Where were we" he says. [b]The Psion attempts to TK him but Apex doesn't budge.[/b] "Sorry....I took my dosage buddy" he says continuing to beat information out of the Psion.

[b][i][u]"I'M NOT FINISHED WITH YOU!!!"[/u][/i][/b] [b]He grabs the mysterious man's ankle, swinging him around like a mere rag doll. With a roar of fury, he bashes him against the pavement in a mad haze.[/b]

He notions to the Psion[/b] "Stay there for me", he says firing a sedative dart from his staff knocking the Psion out. [b]He turns to you and rolls the staff.[/b] "Alright...angry mad man, round 1" he says chuckling.

[b]Kyle rolls his neck until a pop resounds across the silence.[/b] "Just give me the Psion and nobody gets hurt, crazy man."

[b]Apex checks his TACPAD, as he gets an alert.[/b] "Ugh...wish I could stay, but I don't have time to kick your ass" he says dropping a smoke bomb next to him and the Psion. [b]You see them both disappear as the smoke clears out.[/b]
