Jack is sitting on a building overlooking Clockmetal, watching a psion execution. "Gah, the pigs, this isn't justice, this is genocide." Jack jumped down into the crowd and began firing his revolver, making them scatter. Jack walked over to the platform where the psion was bound. Jack cut the ropes, and let him go free. But before the psion could run away, Jack grabbed him and warned him "Watch out for a masked man, he's hunting all psions, now get out of here."
