Who gets credit towards the next Tier when completing the user initiated public event? All the participants or just the player who presented the token?
I'm not speaking about the chest rewards. I understand that the player giving up the token gets better rewards but shouldn't the fire team also earn credit towards the next tier? If not then it'll take a fire team 27 tier 1 events before they can do the third tier?
Basing this on 3 tier one event completions earns you one entry to a tier 2 event and so on towards tier 3.
Can anyone clarify or confirm? Will this be the new form of grinding?

I think the players who help the initial person with the token get their token charged up. So if a second player has a charged token ready for tier two after playing with someone in a tier one match, they can use theirs and start a tier 2 or 3 match. Thats the sense i got so it will allow players with any token to come and help. You dont need to grind all at once too, you can come back and do it later.
