PoE 34 boss drops the cipher too

The 34 Boss has a 10% chance of dropping it, though. Skolas has a 40%.

Not true. I've beaten skolas once and didn't get a cipher.

No problem. I could also be wrong as it's possible they changed the drop chance after I beat him originally.

He's pretty easy compared to how he used to be. I just never feel like doing him. Prison is incredibly boring.
