Amen. If you know your connection is too shit to play competitive multiplayer you shouldn't be playing as it's exploiting the game mechanics, that try to compensate for lag, just to get an upperhand. That's why Bungie has the option for reporting bad connections. Lag may not always be intentional but taking advantage of it is wrong.
