In game yes but lote wise no those things are hard to kill and have killed 1 spartan 2 and taken another ones arm. In halo forward unto dawn chief had only killed them with a very lufky grenade. DONT USE GAMEPLAY AND SAY ITS LORE!!!
And if hunters ingame are an at at the a tanks a ruddy star ship.
