It can be argued that forcing her to issue licenses to homosexuals is against her religion. Forcing someone to do something against their religion infringes on their basic right guaranteed in the constitution of Religion.
Forcing her to quit is unethical because in effect, she lost her job because she chose to follow her religion, which is again, protected by the constitution.
