Yeah. And this is a heated topic because I think the states should have more rights to decide but at the end of the day the federal laws supercede state laws. The constitution is the only thing that supercedes both. On weed the country has pretty much made up its mind so I think the government sees that and is letting states have jurisdiction as its only a matter of time before its decriminalized nationally
