Guys, OP is just saying the same thing over and over again. Let me summarize: 1) Freedom of religion applies to the function of state employees 2) Forcing others to practice Christian morals is OK 3) She has a right to her job

  • All right except the second one. She isn't forcing anyone to do anything. Their forcing her to accept their morals. Kind of ironic in a way.

She disagrees with gay marriage. That's a moral stand. Denying marriage certificates enforce her morality on others.

  • Not exactly because they can easily go to one of the other 99% of clerks that do it. And wouldn't the whole law of enforcing Gay marriage enforce your morality on others who don't agree? Specifically this woman?

  • Woah, why should I,a tax payer, be forced to go to a different government employee just because they don't like my life style? About as stupid as a cop who refuses to arrest homosexuals because they don't want anything to do with them. If you can't do your job, get fired. Don't hide behind excuses like some liberal crying. "Waaaah Jesus I had to serve a gay today, please don't condemn me to hell for eternity."
