An old man hobbles over to the two of you. "What seems to be the problem here friend?" He had a distinct Russian accent.

"Let me guess, you heard the bad things....why am I not surprised?" Apex says still walking.

"All I heard is that you're hunting people like me because of what a couple of psions did, sounds more like genocide."

The old man began walking beside you. "My friend Jack told me all about you, he stopped an execution of a psion you captured."

"His fault for being out on the street, and he made his choices" Apex says. "I'm going to make sure they all pay....the four hundred of them that walked away from all of this", he says.

"Well the brotherhood backed the Psion uprising, so I'm afraid I've been sent here to reduce you to red mist." The old man seemed to have a crazy gleam in his eye from a lifetime of using Kap-8.

"HEY!" The old man began floating in the air, and the pressure seemed to drop. "YOU! WILL DIE" and he launched bolts of lightning from his fingertips (-8 Kap)

Dmitri grabs the staff using telekinesis and brings it to him (-3 kap) he twirled it in the air, and then threw it off behind him.

[b]Apex leaps into a side kick, impacting you in the air. The staff warps back to his hand and he twirls it smashing down. The lights go off making it pitch dark[/b]
