That's too bad. The wolfpacks added some excitement to the patrols. I remember killing a Scorch Captain and then a kinderguardian promptly grabbed the scorch cannon and then ran halfway across the map to kill some level 8 dregs. I wasn't even mad. I was just like, "You go little Guardian. You go kill those dregs with your scorch cannon."

Yes! Love this.

Hahaha I remember when I made a new character, runnin through level 10 and whatnot, then a pack of wolves shows up en I'm all,"oh hellll no." First time I've seen "????" In days haha I tried to nova bomb them..only killed the low level dreg that was close. I just wanted that scorch cannon! Luckily the homie came through, handles like I knew he would, shared in the loot from the chest, and went across the map with my scorch cannon to kill some low level dregs and finish my mission :) Umma miss runnin around forever with that thing,it was awesome to be in 3rd person for as long as I want. Made exploring mad easier and funner. RIP Wolfpack Say hey the the blades for me

Blades of Crota were replaced with Wolf Packs. Wolf Packs are being replaced with glowy Taken summony things.
-
It was the same with tdb. We'll still have little events here and there it just means we'll have a new army to deal with based on the current events of the game. I like that part of it where things happen in patrol that are at least a little relevant to what our current foe is
-
This made my day! 😊
-
It was like that for TDB as well. High level Hive would spawn in the moth yards and wipe out all the low level guardians playing through the early story missions.
-
Even little guardians can grow up to be Salty Guardians!
-
I love moments like that. When TDB dropped and we had a massive influx of kinderguardians, it was so much fun hunting blades of Crota that the underleveled guardians couldn't handle and giving the sword to them. It was funny watching them try to figure of the mechanics, and once it ran out coming and thanking you with either a point or a wave.
-
Yeah, or when HoW dropped and everybody was helpful and pointing out the chests to everybody when they found them. It's nice to have that in the game after a long day of getting blink shotgunned and then viciously t-bagged.

Thanks. That comment had me laughing out loud at work. Nice to share the love.

A positive comment on the forums..... Whelp I owe a lot of people a lot of money

i killed some wolves yesterday and had a scorch cannon left over so i grabbed it and waited for the public event in the divide, afterwards i still had eight shots so i dropped it in front of a level eleven that was looking on from a safe distance before i left and as i had my ghost out i could hear him just shooting away like it was his favorite xmas gift

This is the nicest thing ive seen on furums this morning
-
Used to do the same thing with the swords. Drop the knight with two shots and drop the sword at the feet of a level 2 in the Cosmodrome....that was entertaining to watch.
-
I love to help new players out.
-
I've done this before lol running ominigul nf and wolves appear in sky watch. My and my friends will kill the scorch captains and take the cannons to ominigul lol
-
Was it solar burn?
-
A few times yea and a few times no. It's always fun to do though, but it's a dick move if someone is soloing wolves.
-
The Kinderguardian was probably like whoa ya, I'm invincible with this cannon...blam...blam...blam...click(switched back to primary white auto rifle)...wait, what happened to my cannon? Oh no...run away!

Deej, justifying content removal one bullshit statement at a time.
-
Wow if I met you I may feel differently but based on that 1 post you seem like a douche canoe. In an evolving game world things change. This is one of those changes.
-
So, Deej fanboy?

Not at all. I'm just frustrated by people that complain about a video game that they chose to play in their spare time. If something is truly a problem just shut off the game and play a different game or do something different all together. Been upset or disappointed with a video game doesn't the same energy or dedication with raising money for orphans or curing cancer. Even though some people seem to think so.

That's a lazy answer. I paid for it already and I want what I paid for. This is something they can easily fix but choose not to, which is insulting.
