Tbh I know they're weaker when it comes to skills, but most of your kills will come from your weapons. I have used an un-leveled subclass and reached the top 3 on the leaderboard It's actually pretty fun So the imbalance isn't that big of a deal. Hopefully it will be addressed this year though.
