Treasure keys will be from PoE only.
Eris' old bounties and items are gone regardless if you have TtK or not. We all log in to the same world.
You should read the weekly update. It has most this info in it.

Where does it mention treasure keys? I'll admit I did read it quickly at work. No mention if Petra will get any replacement bounties, shame really. But oh well, guess with TTK we will have more to worry about.
