I wonder if there will still be any way to get keys. They say the cipher weapons are to be moved to random drops from the Poe chest but we need to b able to get keys for a chance at that.
Won't really be able to build rep the same way for package keys with the targets disappearing. Unless they introduce some new quests from Petra.

I got a treasure key from opening one of the smaller chest in the treasure room, after having opened the big chest before that. So unless they remove treasure key drops from the smaller chest drops in PoE, that's pretty much going to be the only way to obtain them. And this was a level 28 PoE run too.
