I wonder if there will still be any way to get keys. They say the cipher weapons are to be moved to random drops from the Poe chest but we need to b able to get keys for a chance at that. Won't really be able to build rep the same way for package keys with the targets disappearing. Unless they introduce some new quests from Petra.
