You paid for the privilege to access the world of Destiny. You do not own the world itself. When you bought the expansions, you paid for the experience and the content; however, by supporting Destiny (financially), you should have accepted that the content would change over time.
It is a world that changes. You can either accept that OR look for another game to support.

Edited by Argentspear: 9/4/2015 6:00:05 PMPrivilege? What are you, a Bungie employee? What's with this privilege bullshit? And I don't have to accept anything. They make it a point every time Deej graces us with his presence on camera that they're listening to our feedback. Well this is my feedback and I, along with many others, want that content back. And it's a point that when you sell something, say a car, you're supposed to get everything shown to you, including the radio, the steering wheel and the glove box. Basically it's like they came and took my radio out of my car... It's something that came with the car and something I want but they took it without anyone's permission.

Because that's what you fcking paid for? You don't have any right to the world. You just bought access to the world. You bought the privilege to play in that world, and that privilege can be revoked if you break certain rules.
-
Yep, I paid in-part for them to go to work and make it when I spent the $25 on the season pass plus the $60 on the game itself. They get to drive around in sports cars and make video games because I paid my share.
-
They earned their luxuries with the work that they have done. You chose to buy the game, and no one is entitled to anything other than the privilege to play. The entitlement attitude on this forum has got to stop.
-
You love that "entitlement" word don't you? I am "entitled" to get what I paid for and to KEEP IT AS I GOT IT. As I said... it's like they took the car radio without my permission after I bought the car. Oh and luxuries for work they've done? Sitting on their asses at a computer programming code is hard worx? I doubt they KNOW what a hard work is...
-
You're entitled to the access; that's it. They earned what they currently own regardless of your opinion on their field of work.
-
I'm entitled to the product itself, entirely, it's what I bought. If I'm RENTING something, I would be informed that I'm renting it, not purchasing it.
-
You own access to the world. You don't own the world itself. The sooner you understand that, the better.
-
Edited by Argentspear: 9/4/2015 6:37:20 PMThen they're in violation with their advertising. Clearly I'm supposedly renting a server while I play. lol Whatever dude, you're clearly happy with content being stolen from you. Glad you like being ripped off.
-
The Destiny world is ever changing. If you are unable to deal with that, you may want to spend your money elsewhere.
-
No, I'm they're not the problem here. If you lose Internet, ya can't play Destiny. That was a clear sign of what kind of game it was. You own a key, which requires Internet access.
-
Still sounds like you're happy with content being taken away after you paid for it. I feel sorry for the rest of us gamers. It seems Bungie only listens to people who like being ripped off.
-
From the sound of it, all you do in this game is run around on patrol in search of the Wolves public event. I'm sorry you're losing your entire purpose in this game. Your treasure keys will never be the same.

I accept the fact that content will change over time with newer expansions. It's a triviality at best, and it's not one worth fretting over right now. Things change over time. That's life.
