If I've completed the fallen hunted, I can't miss any, right?

Yeah. Just the fallen hunted will disappear. Check your grimoire using the app and look for holes or use the link op provided. The fallen hunted will go the way of the blades of Crota and disappear from patrol. Maybe bungie will bring them back for queens wrath events. If that ever comes back.

You said the blades are gone, do you know if urzok from the urn of sacrifice still shows up? Apparently when I killed him the card was glitched and didn't unlock

Edited by Fether4: 9/4/2015 6:30:39 PMBlades of Crota are gone from patrol. The first Crota story mission has one. Urzok still shows up as he is part of the Eris quest line. He's in the sky watch when public events show up. I'm not sure about the card being glitched.
