Anyone know where silent fang are located I don't have the Gilmore for it?

near the grotto entrance in forgotten shore. down the path by the water

In the grottos on earth if you go through the tunnels in the back of where you fight off the fallen for the Devils lair strike you will come out in to some level 20 hive. Silent dang is on the cliff below them.
