i did not receive my elder cipher from 35 poe
whenever i completed 35 poe this week on tuesday i did not receive my elder cipher.. probably because my bounties were all full lol. Does anyone have any suggestion on what i could possibly do?

They aren't guaranteed everytime I think it's guaranteed first time but don't take it from me last time I said it everyone fliped
