Hi,
What is the account she uses? I would try to help if I could inspect her grimoire.
As for the grimoire pop ups on the bottom of the screen, that happen when you switch profiles on a console.

Ok, thanks. Sorry for the confusion. But in regards to that grimoire pop up, if we close Destiny and change gamertag then reopen Destiny, that shouldn't happen?

Not sure at that point. We usually just switch profiles in game.
