[b]I activate x-ray vision to see if there's anything under the ash and get in a defensive position.[/b]

All you see is normal life signs, and The Ash speaks "Why can't you just burn?" He pulls out his flamethrower and fires at you
-
[b]Donovan jumps up and flips over the ash.[/b] "Why can't you just bleed?" [b]He blasts a shoulder projector shot at the ash's torso.[/b]

"Fire does not bleed, it only consumes." Ash dodged and threw his scythe, aiming for your leg

[b]Donovan sidesteps out of the way.[/b] "You clearly know nothing of blades. Let me teach you." [b]He charges Jack with all his blades. One claw is going for Jack's head, one is going for his throat, one arm is going for his chest, and one is going for his torso.[/b]

You were about to attack, when the scythe boomeranged around and cut you deep in your back

[b]Donovan pulls it out.[/b] "That was only a scratch." [spoiler]I'll be afk for a while. I'm tired af.[/spoiler]

[b]Donovan charges Jack and drives his blade into his skin.[/b] "How do you like that?" [spoiler]Let's have them start actually hitting each other.Don't worry Donovan is going to hurt like hell when his sanity returns. [/spoiler]

[spoiler]k[/spoiler] "Pain is irrelevant." Jack backhands you and you careen backwards, and he then pulls out his cigarette, (he had held onto it the whole time) and puts it out on your neck.

[b]Donovan begins to laugh madly.[/b] "You can't hurt me! You're just ash that can simply blow away in the wind." [b]He charges Jack and pushes him of the edge of the building leading to a mid air fight.[/b]

Jack grabs Donovan, holding him to where Donovan would hit the ground before Jack, and begins to repeatedly punch him in the face.

They wake up with Lance in an unknown location with Ellie and Catherine tending to their wounds.[/b] "What the hell happened?" Donovan says as Ellie approaches him. "You were fighting with Jack. You both nearly died, but we knocked you both out and stopped your fall. We picked up Lance because he was in a bad condition. Something is very wrong with Jack's mind and we don't know what happened." [spoiler]I just want my characters to see that there is part of Jack left, you will be able to break out.[/spoiler]

"Jack is DEA-" The ash doubled over and began screaming "GET OUT OF MY HEAD!" The ash regained his composure and sat up, and broke into laughter, "Jack has burnt away, only ash remains."
