Did you even read the whole article? Marty threw a temper tantrum and was fired for it. Bungie took his stock, which was wrong in my opinion but Marty kept company property which is a fire able offense at any business. Both parties were wrong and an arbiter mediated and fixed the situation.
Marty is a baby who didn't get his way at E3 and wasn't performing then got himself fired.
Bungie should not have taken his stocks away.
Marty should not have kept Bungie property.
Arbiter made Marty give Bungie there property back and Marty got his stocks.
Seems like both parties could have handled the situation better to begin with.
