Bungie were wrong to hold off his pay and revoke his shares.
Music guy was wrong to throw his toys out of pram as he didn't like the music for the E3 trailer. (As it wasn't his.)
Thus he got fired, and bungie gave him his shares back. There's no judgement to say they were wrong to terminate him. Just wrong in how his final pay packet was calculated.
