Bungie gutted destiny from a 9/10 game in order to scare away all the rational players, and attract the same mindless 12 year olds that play candy crush. By doing this, they not only got the initial sales from the veteran bungie fans who preordered due to false advertising (who then shortly left), they got the mindless 12 year olds to keep blowing their parents' money on dlc's consisting of recycled content. So, they managed to make a lackluster 6/10 game more profitable than the amazing 9/10 game destiny should have been. You know why? Because the 12 year Olds will NEVER STOP wasting money, no matter how much bungie lies to and cheats them. And that's sad. The realization that no matter what, bungievision will always make profits by cheating little kids that don't know better.

More like because Activision is greedy and controls the content that is made and produced as they are the publisher. Bungie is like a dog on a leash, they can move but not freely. Activision is constantly watching over their shoulders, making sure bungie doesn't give us anything worth more than we pay
