I am trying to figure out Why the following issues are occurring, and how to fix them.:
1. Why have my upgraded 365 weapons reverted back to 331? The app still shows them as having the yellow border (which went away once the HoW content dropped).
2. Why are weapons and gear disappearing form my inventory? I took part in the first Queens Wrath event and got several snipers, hoods, gloves, and robes etc. I know that I deleted a lot of the gear I had to make room for the newer content, but I made sure that I didn't trash my only copy of anything. I still see one sniper remaining, but all my robes, gloves, hoods went away as soon as my HoW content was updated. I still have my Queen's Guard's Warlock Bond, it has no effect on XP whatsoever (which is disappointing but not a huge deal) I have had exotics go missing, armor other than the Queens Wrath gear "go poof" in the past as well, which had me questioning whether the Traumatic Brain Injury was causing me to simply miss-remember whether or not I actually deleted them or had them in the first place. This question forced me to adopt physical logs of every weapon/piece of gear, and just about every other significant event which I had encountered that yielded some sort of worthwhile experience or award.
It is hugely important to mention, that I have not re-rolled any item after applying Etheric Light to them. My Fatebringer appears to be suffering from a similar issue, except although it appears not to be maxed, remains at 365. Having said that, I now know without question, that my account is experiencing some issues, so then, on to the reason for reaching out to the folks here: What is the solution? It has been mad clear that the Destiny team has a means of tracking a great deal of the goings on within the game world, is there way to verify my report and restore what has been lost? they able to see what happened and restore my weapons to their upgraded state? What is my role in making this happen? Proof of award, proof of ownership? Copies of the ledger? Anything that is needed from myself or fellow Clan members which will aid in the resolution of this issue can be provided.
I don't just want to hear from Bungie's camp, I would also like to hear from other guardians who've encountered similar issue.
