Just grabbed something! I found this in a vault in new Vegas. Always wondered what it did...

[spoiler]If you managed to do something that would hurt the armor, I'd give it to you. Take your pulse gun for example, you would've knocked out his Tesla shielding, and kept it down for several turns, giving you a chance to try and do damage with the right weapons. But when you said you disappeared, I thought you left so I had him leave the Dojo.[/spoiler]
