Not that it matters but you should really know your facts before posting. A company as large as Target letting anyone purchase 51% stake in their company is downright idiotic. I understand business and how it works. I also know that if larger companies out there let someone buy majority shares its called a takeover. Walmart is not making a move to takeover Target.
