So I don't snipe a lot but am going to try my hand at sniping. What is the scrubbiest sniper to start with? Is it HB?

Edited by Maniac Survivor: 9/5/2015 7:09:55 PMNo, it's Shadow of Veils aka Shadow of Aim Assist. Op is just a scrub, HB can be rolled to anything though with your beloved perks and has the "sweet spot" stats you kinda want on a sniper, that's all. Also it's b8, look at tags.
