PUBLIC EVENT: [i]A dark, growling storm looms over Cedyetica, growling and flashing with lightning as it rolls slowly over the city. In the streets below, umbrellas unfold and footsteps quicken. In the distant country side, lightning snaps downward to strike the earth. If a fire was made because of this, it would wuickly be extinguished by the heavy downpour of rain. Suddenly, a bolt of the ballistic electricity cracks down upon a colossal skyscraper at the center of the city, and in the blink of an eye, the lights of Cedyetica are gone. The city is in darkness.
