Trying to pull something that weighs a good 700lbs won't work, and even then, he would've fallen ON you. All power armor has the ability to lock in the games, at least, it's mentioned. The BoS Midwestern Power Armor is actually some of the most advanced power armor to date. And by the way, his suit is insulated. Most power armor is. The heat is enough to melt flesh from bone, and from a slot in the back of his armor, a small, arc-reactor-like device ejects, smoking.
