CONFIRMED: BUNGIE SOLD ITS SOUL...

AND THEY GAVE US THE MIDDLE FINGER!!! The ODonnell vs Bungie legal battle is over and the truth prevail and is visible for all of Us to see and confirm that BUNGIE NO LONGER CARES FOR QUALITY, BUNGIE NO LONGER CARES FOR THEIR FANS, BUNGIE ONLY CARES OF PROFITS. Marty stood against Activision decision to transform the musical score of Destiny from a gourmet dinner to a fast food meal. Ex-Bungie composer Marty O’Donnell wins epic legal fight with former bosses. Based on this information and how obsessed by quality and fans are Marty and Joseph Staten, We can imagine why Joseph also left Bungie and maybe that the Destiny original story theory is not so a theory but a reality. If Activision messed with the music then for sure they messed with the story. Even Marcus Lehto is gone. Seriously, this is really disappointing, for the first time since Pathways Into Darkness Im disgusted with Bungie. Marty, You have proven that You really cared for Us. Your place in history will always be bright and inspiring. What a shame Bungie, really what a shame...

Yep. Activision has proven once again that it is a cancer on the industry that needs to be forcibly removed. Sadly there are too many people who will just purchase CoD and all the dlc every year for that to happen (not to mention the fact that they tragically own Blizzard Entertainment). This wouldn't have happened if they'd gone with EA instead. Worst case scenario they may have tried to force Bungie to work in microtransactions on some level, but I'd rather have dealt with that then this - what Activision tried to do was akin to the producer telling the director they're wrong and imposing their own will. Imagine if Universal (or whomever really) went up to Steven Spielberg, told him to his face that he was "wrong" and that they were now going to do the film a different way? That's essentially what happened here with Marty and he was right to lose his blam! over it. Yes it's a business and people are in it to make money, but when you sell out your creative integrity for said profits you don't belong in what is at heart, an artistic endeavor. And that's *all* Bungievision seems to give a damn about now, is profit. Wasn't Staten creative director previously? I know he wrote the story, but I could have sworn Luke Smith took over for him after he left - imagine how different things would be. That old E3 demo had so much promise behind it... This is the game we should have gotten. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gIp7vZuYzoA Take note of the classic Halo radar, Dinklebot's much more enthusiastic delivery, and various other improvements that were lost (like simplified upgrade trees for weapons).
