This isn't an internal issue. It was an arbitration case with details widely available in the media. They aren't prohibited from speaking. They just need to get their talking points.

it would still be considered an internal problem by most companies and their employees can't comment freely. Even if you don't get fired, you don't gain anything by commenting in an open forum and have a lot to lose. Any smart employee wouldn't do it.

I'm not defending Bungie, that's how happens in the entire world and software companies are specially sensitive when it comes to speak openly. In these cases only the people on the top positions can talk about it. Don't blame the rest of employees. They are only doing their job.
