A book proves nothing. Literally... nothing. In fact, I can use written history from that time period to prove it. You argue that the scrawny and lazy king David killed a nearly 7 ft tall hardened warrior in full bronze armor, using a slingshot... a pebble hitting a bronze helm... nope not fatal.
